These notes are meant as complements to the paper [5] which served as backbone for most of the material covered in my lectures delivered at the Oregon Programming Languages Summer School 2011 “Types, Semantics and Verification” (videos should be soon available at http://www.cs.uoregon.edu/Activities/ summerschool/summer11/).
